As a seasoned real estate agent, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous clients through the exciting journey of home buying. One recurring topic that often arises is the debate around open floor plans. While these layouts have gained immense popularity in recent years, weighing the pros and cons before deciding if it's the right fit for you is essential.

The Pros:
