The Lowcountry Fish & Grits Music Festival celebrates the vibrant Gullah Geechee culture and its ties to the African diaspora. Through a showcase of talented musicians and local cuisine, the festival aims to highlight the rich heritage and traditions of the Gullah Geechee people. Join us for a memorable experience of music, food, and good times, embracing both natives and non-natives alike.
The festival will include a diverse mix of acts including folk, funk, jazz, spoken word, R&B and more!

Beaufort's Shrimp Festival is a fantastic event that showcases the delicious Lowcountry cuisine and provides a range of enjoyable activities for people of all ages. Local restaurants participate by offering samples of mouthwatering Lowcountry dishes that prominently feature shrimp.
The award-winning Beaufort event includes live entertainment, a morning 5K run/walk, and an educational fair focused on coastal waterways, ecology, shrimping and fishing industries, and more.
The Beaufort Shrimp Festival offers free admission, making it an excellent opportunity to enjoy quality time with loved ones at this fantastic community event.

Every Thursday night from 6 - 9 p.m., the featured restaurants at Shelter Cove Harbour will be setting up around Neptune. They will be offering a variety of specially-priced light appetizers, as well as wine, beer, and cocktails.
Limited seating will be provided, so it is recommended that you bring your own chairs. Please note that all events are subject to weather conditions.
This pet friendly event is free, but we ask that you please bring a canned good donation for Deep Well Project.
