It truly is the most wonderful time of the year! Filled with great traditions, small and large, that we’ve grown up with, and created with our loved ones throughout the years and continue to carry forward each holiday season. I always love to see and learn the many traditions that families and cultures share throughout the season and wanted to share some of the ones that are near and dear to our family too.
Spending time with our grandson Colton is so precious and always the best.
Sharing a meal and pot-luck dishes with family and friends.
Special moments at lunch with my daughter & daughter-in-law and sorting through our wonderful shopping trips at home.
My family LOVES to bring all their dogs home for Christmas too!
We love to have a family oyster roast over the holidays, and of course, enjoy nights around the fire pit.
Spending time with my closest and dearest friends exchanging gifts at our Annual Dirty; ...

As the hustle and the bustle of the joyous Christmas season are soon culminating in the blessed day, let us all keep in mind the true meaning of Christmas and share the love and kindness with all we meet. Sometimes it just takes a warm smile, a 'hello', or small act of kindness to make someone’s day brighter. May we all do our best to spread the goodwill of Christmas today and every day throughout the year and really make our world a brighter place.
Wishing you all the beauty and peace of the Christmas season.

'Tis the season for homes decked out in their holiday best…looking all warm and cozy and ready for welcoming family and friends. Christmas decorating comes in all shapes and sizes, textures, and colors and has no boundaries as it comes down to your personal tastes. While many people tend to lean towards the reds and greens, the beauty of white, silver, gold, and blues adds just as much charm and seasonal glow to a home. Let your creativity bloom when decorating your home and let it be a reflection of who you are!
If you’re looking for a few pointers on getting started, here are some things to consider:
1. Will this space be used for entertaining? Remember to create ample space for your guests among the decorated areas.
2. If you’ll be serving food and drinks, create a space in the room to accommodate an easy access point for guests to come and go.
3. Measure the size of the room you are decorating, taking into consideration the windows and doorways.
